Dr. Wendi Wardlaw is an empowerment expert committed to helping individuals and teams improve their productivity, performance, and profitability. Today, though she wears many hats, she understands that the foundation of success is wrapped in character, communication, and consistency. Leading and training for over 30 years, she is an empowerment influencer, who started her leadership journey while serving 10 years in the U.S. Army.

 

Working her way up, Dr. Wendi, has a unique perspective for team building. Equipped to engage both staff and leader, she understands the inner workings of a structure.  Her mentor, John C. Maxwell, teaches in the 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, that the law of solid ground is the foundation of leadership. This law is built on trust. Addressing and Identifying this foundational necessity, will grow and strengthen your team exponentially, as a structure is only as sound as its foundation. She believes that intentional focus on self-development can transform success to the significance that will last.  Through countless national and international medical and dental missions, she has taught leadership skills and principals to thousands of people.

 

Dr. Wendi is the owner of the award-winning Stoneybrook Dental practice located in beautiful Winter Garden, Florida.  For 5 consecutive years, Orlando Magazine has featured her as “One of Orlando’s Top Dentist”. Additionally, she has been dubbed “Orlando Elite Doctor” by Orlando Style Magazine for the past 3 years.

 

She is also the founder and president of the Non-for-profit organization, Inspired Purpose, Inc. a Medical and Dental missions serving patients locally and abroad. She has a daily radio presence as Dr. Wendi, DDS, teaching “A Healthy Mouth is a Healthy You”.  A teacher, speaker, trainer and coach, Dr. Wendi is an Executive Director on the John Maxwell Team and passionate about equipping and empowering leaders to maximize their potential. Dr. Wendi is a graduate of both Howard University College of Dentistry and Columbia University College of Dental and Oral Surgery. She is a lifetime student and believes that adding value to others is a contagious energy that propels itself and changes lives.
